While Union College was closed today observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a group of Union students honored Dr. King’s legacy with a service project in partnership with a Lincoln-based charity. Chapter 25 Lincoln sends non-perishable and nourishing food packets to hungry kids all over the world. Using five assembly lines, our crew of more than 60 students and employees packed 5894 meals in a little more than an hour.
