The National Weather Service has predicted significant snowfall starting later this morning, which will continue throughout the day and overnight.
Union College has canceled in-person classes and activities and closed offices for Monday, January 8, due to dangerous weather conditions.
This is an “instructional continuity closure,” which means instructors may choose to hold classes via Zoom. Students, please watch for communication from your instructors about today’s classes.

Reiner Wellness Center will be open from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and the pool will be open from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. All water aerobic classes are canceled.
Employees are encouraged not to come to work because of the snowy conditions. All employees will be paid for the hours they would have put in that day and do not need to make up the time.
All essential staff (Plant Services, Union Market, etc.) should check in with your supervisor to find out if you need to report for work on Monday.
If you do come to campus, please use extreme caution when driving. Dress warmly and wear boots when moving about campus.
