Join us on-site at the AdventHealth Complex for The Squirrel Dink & Dash — a fun-filled morning featuring both a 5K Fun Run/Walk and a Pickleball event! This annual tradition promotes whole-person wellness through movement, connection, and community.
The Advancement Office at Union Adventist University is proud to collaborate with the university’s Employee Wellness Committee to host this event.
The Wellness Committee is committed to helping every person stay active and healthy. They’ll be providing post-race snacks and will have nursing students on-site to offer blood pressure and heart rate checks.

Every runner and walker will receive a Squirrel Dink & Dash t-shirt and medal for participating. Pickleball players will receive a t-shirt and a branded pickleball as part of their registration.
