More than 600 students and employees at Union Adventist University volunteer at the start of each school year and serve at more than 40 organizations to help them prepare for another year of service in Lincoln. Project Impact's mission is to create opportunities for Union students to connect with Lincoln service agencies, leading to long-term volunteer experiences.

The 45th annual Project Impact will take place on September 3, 2026.
