Some parents who were involved in the trial run of the program say it has both advantages and disadvantages. “It’s good to be in control of my girl’s grades,” said Debra Sikorsky, the mother of a marketing major. “On the other hand, I really don’t have time to write all those papers until I’ve finished binge-watching ‘Call the Midwife.’”
